Glamorous Nails!

I should start this off with a disclaimer that these are not actually my nails, but a collection of all of my favorites, and are on my to do list.

I love, love, love the mint green color- Like, I am literally obsessed with it!  All I needed were polka-dots to make this a must on my to do list.

Here is another mint green picture with the keep calm logo on it. So cute! 

More and more I have been obsessed with the gold and light pink- and I love the half moons that is starting to become a trend recently.

Birds, need I say more?

This is so fun! It's a girly nautical look, and I can't wait to try it for the summer out on the lake.

I am literally obsessed with this. It's so gorgeous.

I wasn't sure about this at first, but it's grown on me so much! I Love the black with the different colors.

This is so fun! I love the tribal patterns, and the colors are less vibrant than normal, which I like.

How To: Make a Bow-Tie Scarf

Bow ties are classic and adorable on their own, but add a scarf to the mix and you're golden.

I found this little tutorial online and it was the only one that worked for me!

Here is my successful bow tie scarf.  My scarf was red, which I thought went well with my Red Vixen Lips and loose waves.

20 Glamorous Favorites

2013 has already been a fabulous year! There have been so many trends that are starting for the year (or from 2012) and most of them I am absolutely in love with.

This does not include leggings worn as pants.

To make a list of only 20 things was pretty difficult, seeming as how I love almost every trend I have seen thus far for the new year (and maybe some are not so new...)

20. Bird Craze
I have fallen victim to this: owls, sparrows, pigeons, you name it.

19.  Arm Candy
I never used to wear braclets very often, but these gorgeous trends have changed my mind! I love watches, but I mostly love the small, delicate bracelets.  I wear them separate or pile six or seven on together.

18. Studs
These are one trend that I have been waiting to come back into style! 
LOVE.

17. Braids
I love braids. Especially fishtails that have been "pulled apart" to create a messy, carefree style.

16. Rings
 More and more I have gotten into wearing them. I have been getting kind of obsessed with them lately actually(Example: matching my rings with my nail polish on a daily basis.)

15. Nude Lip.
One of my favorite make-up looks the past six months has been a smokey eye and a nude lip. I am literally obsessed with Myth by MAC. It's the perfect Nude lip!

14. Vibrant Lip
Although the Coral and Fushia are a favorite, I have to say the deep ruby red is to die for. I love, love, love Rare Orchid by AVEDA.

13. Sock Bun (or any bun in general)
Lately I have been loving this carefree style. Normally I would have never been caught dead with my hair up (I always thought it left my style unfinished or kind of blah.) But more and more I have fallen in love with this style as much as the rest of the world!

12. LookBook
OBSESSED. I have found myself aimlessly scrolling for hours at a time, and even then I only stop when absolutely necessary. It takes up most of my free, TV watching time.
One of my favorites is Juliett K, her style is flawless and gorgeous!

11. Oxford Flats
Taylor Swift is probably the culprit behind my all consuming obsession with these classics, as she is known for them. Regardless of why, I think their timeless feel and classic/vintage style describes my current style perfectly.

10. Faux Tanning
Tanning Beds are disgusting. There, I said it! Between skin cancer, premature aging, and countless germs, I have  no interest in spending my time in one. But I love, love, love a good tan! Sunless Tanning has been a huge favorite of mine for the past year (and I know will continue on for 2013) I have a few favorites, but Sun by Giese and Jergens Natural Glow definitely make the top for me (I recently jumped back onto the Jergens Natural Glow Bandwagon after they improved with a new scent because let's he honest, the smell was almost not worth it.)

9. Faux Lashes
What can I say? These little gems are the perfect addition to any look.

8. Romance/Drama Movies
Hey, I'm a girl! What can I say? I used to never like Action/ Drama movies but I recently watched Taken 2, so I went out and rented his other action movies, and I discovered that I actually like Action movies as long as there is a really engaging plot line and it's not just people killing each other ever ten seconds (Ahem: Clash of the Titans.)
As far as Romance movies go, Sabriana and While You Were Sleeping have been my go-to's since I was about 10 (No joke.) and I still watch them when I feel like wallowing in self pity.

7. Lace-
This probably has something to do with my love for vintage and chic. Either way: I am addicted.

6. Statement Necklaces-
I'll be the first to admit that a few years ago I would have said: NO WAY. I hated the chunky, plastic feel of thick necklaces.  But now I can't get enough. I blame Demi Lovato for this trend. I have no idea who actually started bringing it back, but she was the first that I started to notice how versatile they were, and can really add something to an outfit.

5. Patterns (Particularly Polka Dots)
Let me clarify that when I say polka-dots I mean vintage style, not neon colors, flamboyant patterns. I mean classic, black and white polka dots.

4. Nail Art
being somebody who paints their nails daily, this was a must for my top 20!

3. Glasses. 
One Word: OBSESSED.
Yes, these pictures are all of me, so vainly rocking my faves.

2. The Lying Game & Pretty Little Liars
Who doesn't love a good drama? I have been hooked on these shows since they came out!

1. Anything (And everything) Vintage Style
This is pretty self explanatory. But more and more I have found myself lusting after anything with a worn/vintage feel. I find it perfectly classy and timeless.
